Description
A shackle is a U-shaped piece of metal that is secured with a clevis pin or bolt. They are the primary connecting link in rigging systems on boats and they allow different rigging sets to be connected or disconnected quickly. This Stamped Shackle is used on most Harken® Small Boat Blocks and is appropriate for low loads. For higher loads, use a forged shackle.
