Barry King Stitch Groover With Small Blade

A Stitch Groover creates a channel on your leather surface for the thread to sit in. It's an incredibly useful tool for both hand stitching and machine sewing leather. Use it to mark where to stitch so you have a straight line to follow. The thread then nests in the channel and lays flush with the surface of your leather, reducing any potential chaffing and wear and tear on the thread.

The adjustable edge guide allows you to keep a nice stitch line perfectly parallel to the edge of your leather. The groove created by the blade size fits up to size 207 thread. Other blade sizes are sold separately (#123010 medium, #123012 large). The tool can be flipped to the left or right with the turn of a screw, making it usable by both right- and left-handed leather crafters.
