To Use: Mix one scoop of powder per one quart of water. The mixture will turn blue. Stir the solution until the color disappears. Wet down your surface to be washed with water. Apply solution using a sponge, brush or sprayer. Let stand for at least 15 minutes and then sponge or brush lightly. Rinse with water.
