Make your own custom utility tote bag with this template pattern. For DIYers who prefer to choose their own fabric, notions and hardware pieces, this is the perfect solution! This sheet of Sailrite® Patterning Material is plotted and numbered with all the template pieces needed to make our Utility Tote Bag Kit (#125363, #125364, #125365, #125366, #125367).
Once you choose your own fabric, notions and hardware, you can follow along with our step-by-step video tutorial to complete the utility tote bag kit. Or use our tutorial as a guideline and make the tote bag to your own specifications and liking — it’s totally customizable. The best part is that these template pieces are reusable, so you can make as many utility tote bags as you want.

- Bag fabric of choice — 1 yd.
- DuraWax™ Light Waxed Canvas Cotton Duck 12 oz. 57" Fabric, color of choice — 1/4 yd.
- 2" Heavy Duty Cotton Webbing, color of choice — 6 ft.
- 24" Lenzip® #10 Bag Style Molded Tooth Zipper (Metal Single Pull Slider), color of choice — 1 zipper
- 1" Polyester Grosgrain Webbing, color of choice — 7 ft.
- Coats Extra Strong® Tex 70 Nylon Upholstery Thread (150 yds.), color of choice — 1 spool
- Seamstick 1/4" Basting Tape for Canvas & Upholstery (36 yds.) — 1 roll
- Sailrite® Debossed Leather Tag — 1 tag (optional)
