Preshrunk, marine-treated Cotton Duck Marine 12 oz. Fabric is a cotton duck fabric with a water-repellent finish. This fabric features UV and mildew resistance with a soft hand and is woven from 100% cotton. Use this fabric for traditional boat covers and boat deck coverings — deck coverings must be painted. It is also great for making heavy bags, drop cloths and tents/canopies.

If used in a marine environment, the fabric needs to be re-treated regularly to restore water and stain repellency. We recommend Aqua-Tite® Green Repellent (#125111).

If mold and mildew resistance is a priority for your location and application, we recommend using a synthetic solution-dyed marine canvas, such as Sattler® Marine Grade.

Please Note: This fabric is preshrunk but it will still shrink approximately 3% under normal usage.
