YKK® Double Side Release Break Resistant Buckles are extra-strong buckles for applications that require superior strength and durability. Double-side release buckles allow for the adjustment of the webbing from both sides of the buckle. This style of buckle is ideal for applications where it is desirable to keep the buckle centered, as on a safety harness.

This heavy-duty buckle is made from polyacetal, a strong plastic that bridges the gap between metals and ordinary plastics in stiffness, hardness, dimension, stability and toughness. These buckles resist solvents, fuel and abrasion and show lower wear and friction than others. The connecting arm reinforcement provides excellent break resistance. The side release structure prevents accidental opening while remaining easy to open with one hand.
