Eligibility: The Sailrite^® New Tool Giveaway Contest (hereby known as the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Sailrite employees and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings, regardless of where they live) are not eligible to enter the contest or win the prize.

How to Enter: The Contest is an online and mail-in contest. To enter online, entrant must submit a completed sign-up form for a special Sailrite mailing list. This mailing list will be used strictly for teaser emails, tool launch information, and a special discount promo code for the tool’s release. It is not a sign-up for Sailrite’s general marketing email list. Email sign-ups must be submitted online by November 29, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“the Submission deadline”). For mail-in entries, see below. Once their entry has been submitted, entrants will not be permitted under any circumstances to submit substitutions and/or new versions of their entries. Entrants will be required to provide their full name and valid contact information in their online sign-up form.

The letter must be received by Sailrite by November 29, 2024, by 5 p.m. ET and must contain the entrant’s full name, mailing address and written request to be entered into the New Tool Giveaway Contest. Only one entry per participant.

Winner Selection: All entries will be reviewed internally for completeness and the winner will be chosen by Sailrite via a random drawing. There will be one (1) Winner. Winner must submit their full name and valid contact information to be eligible for the prize. Winner will receive one (1) Sailrite-exclusive new tool, a prize valued at $479.00.

Winner Notification: If Winner submitted their entry via email submission form, they will be notified via email on December 4, 2024. If Winner mailed in their entry, they will receive a confirmation letter in the mail following the drawing of the winning entrant. The name of the Contest Winner will also be posted to Sailrite.com/contest on December 4, 2024.

By accepting the prize, Winner agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sailrite Enterprises, Inc. from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or property, arising from or in connection with acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this contest, or any contest-related activity.

Prize: One (1) Sailrite-exclusive tool will be awarded to one (1) Winner. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prize is nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash value or substituted, except by sole discretion of Sailrite to substitute any prize with either a cash value or prize(s) of equal or greater value. Odds of winning the prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Submission period.

General: By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and will abide by these Official Rules. Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Sailrite is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or unauthorized access, tampering or hacking of the website or third-party application. In no event will Sailrite be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising from participation, submission or use of prize in the Contest.

If the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, internet failures and disruptions, ISP problems, fraud, unauthorized intervention (hacking) or any other cause that, in Sailrite’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, participation, security, fairness or integrity of the Contest, Sailrite reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select a winner from eligible entries received prior to such action.

Personal information collected from this Contest will be used by Sailrite for the purposes of administering the Contest and notifying the winning entrant, in accordance with Sailrite’s Privacy Policy.
