Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. Sailrite employees and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings regardless of where they live) are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize.

How to Enter: The Sailrite 2024 Project Photo Contest is an online contest only. Participants may submit one (1) photo of a completed project for the Contest. See Entry Requirements for photo requirements. Photo must be submitted online between September 1, 2024, at 8 a.m. ET and October 1, 2024, at 8 a.m. ET (“the Submission period”). Once the entry has been submitted, entrants will not be permitted under any circumstances to submit substitutions and/or new versions of their entries. All photo submissions will be available for viewing at Sailrite.com/contest. Entrants will be required to provide full name and valid email address.

Entry Requirements:

Participants may submit one photo for the Contest. Photo entries must:

(1) Show a completed DIY project.

(2) Include a product, kit or tool sold by Sailrite.

(3) Be completely original (solely created/photographed by entrant).

Entries must not infringe the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and rights of publicity/privacy. Entrants that submit a photo that features anyone other than themselves must have the consent of all individuals shown in the photo in order to enter the Contest.

Accepted image file formats: .jpg, .gif, .png

Sailrite is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed or undelivered entries. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of entry.

Photo entries and captions become the property of Sailrite Enterprises, Inc. and may be published, printed, edited or reproduced with entrant name for any promotional, marketing, instructional or advertising purposes without any additional approval or compensation of entrant.

Sailrite reserves the right to remove any entry that does not adhere to the Entry Requirements or terms of the Official Rules; that uses inflammatory or derogatory language; that shows lewd, obscene or pornographic content; that disparages Sailrite; or that is otherwise inappropriate by sole discretion of Sailrite.

Winner Selection: Contest entries will be available for public viewing at Sailrite.com/contest during the Submission period. All entries will be reviewed internally and winners will be chosen by Sailrite. There will be six (6) winners. Each winner will receive a $200 Sailrite gift certificate.

Winners will be announced on October 4, 2024, on Sailrite’s official social media accounts. Winning entrants will also be notified individually via the email address provided in the Contest entry form.

To receive the prize, winner must confirm and verify a valid email address within ten (10) days following email notification from Sailrite. Prizes will be emailed to confirmed winners via valid email addresses. Selected entrant will forfeit the prize upon the occurrence of any of the following:

(1) Failure to confirm or verify email address within ten (10) days of email notification;

(2) Return of a prize or prize notification to Sailrite as undeliverable; or

(3) The determination of Sailrite that selected entrant is ineligible or not in compliance with the Official Rules.

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sailrite Enterprises, Inc. and its subsidiaries from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or property, arising from or in connection with acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Contest, or any Contest-related activity.

Prizes: One (1) $200 Sailrite gift certificate will be awarded to each winner. Gift certificates are valid for up to five (5) years. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are nontransferable. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or substituted, except by sole discretion of Sailrite to substitute any prize with either a cash value or prize(s) of equal or greater value. Applicable taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Submission period.

General: By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and will abide by these Official Rules. Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sailrite is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or unauthorized access, tampering or hacking of the website or third-party application. In no event will Sailrite be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising from participation, submission or prizes in the Contest. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube or TikTok. Your participation completely releases Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok in regards to the Contest.

If the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, internet failures and disruptions, ISP problems, fraud, unauthorized intervention (hacking) or any other cause that, in Sailrite’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, participation, security, fairness or integrity of the Contest, Sailrite reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select a winner from eligible entries received prior to such action.

Personal information collected from this Contest will be used by Sailrite for the purposes of administering the Contest and notifying winning entrants, in accordance with Sailrite’s Privacy Policy.
