We were frustrated and underwhelmed with the quality and performance of bench-mounted hand presses and hand-held cutting and installation tools available. And if we're disappointed in a tool, we know our customers are experiencing the same pain points. So, we set out to fix that.

We tested every hand press on the market, compiled their shortcomings and flaws, and then set out to design our own hand press that solved all those issues and more. Two years later, we had our first HandyPress production prototype. After vigorous testing, our first prototype did not meet our exacting standards. Ultimately, it took six iterations until we were satisfied with the tool's robust body, intuitive functionality and streamlined design.
